Anybody know if the Twins are resting down the stretch now? With the Tigers getting hot--I can't believe I said that--are they going up against a second string Twins lineup?

I would think so. You will have to check the lineup before the game. I think im gonna take the tigers. Its at home and the twins i think are gonna rest, but who knows, they have won 11 in a row and the tigers....well are the tigers.

BIG REASON: Johan Santana is the Twins starter today. He has been the best LH in the AL since the break and is scheduled to start game 1 of the ALDS. Every reason to believe he will come out smoking. If he does, Tigers in BIG trouble.
Twins backups performed well in last nights game. There is a lot of talent here and this team is playing with a chip on its' shoulder (no media respect) and with a purpose (Al Newman's hospitalization).
With the line being where it is, Tigers do present some value at +220. My play is on Santana -1.5 -126 (Pinnacle)

I agree BBMF. KC looked flat and were probably just going thru the motions. I like Minn -1 1/2
