The Minnesota Timberwolves travel to LA tonight to take on the Clippers in their first of a three-game West Coast road trip.

The Clippers have shown some much-needed signs of life recently in covering their last three games. LA had lost six consecutive games SU prior to beating Memphis by 8 at home, winning outright at the Sonics, and then returning home and covering against the Mavericks. It's widely recognized that the Clippers are well stocked with young talent so maybe they are finally learning to put it all together as a team.

The Timberwolves have won three of four SU and ATS overall but have failed to cover their last three road events and are just 7-12 SU away from home this season. It's also worth noting they are just 3-9 ATS this season in the role of road dog as they are tonight. Minnesota guard Troy Hudson left Monday's game early and is not expected to play tonight.

The Clippers are an impressive 7-1-1 ATS recently in this series and these teams have already met at Staples Center this season when LA won 104-88.

Tonight we expect them to take care of the T'wolves by 5-8 points.
