There may be some others but these were the ones that stood out.
UNC/UConn -- The heels win 38 to 12 despite being outgained 378 yds to 263 yds. Uconn had 23 first downs to UNC's 13. The Heels benefited from 3 blocked punts and 3 interceptions.
Fresno / Hawaii -- the Rainbows win in OT but were outgained 522yds to 342 yds. Fresno also had 24 first downs to Hawaii's 14. Fresno lost 3 fumbles and threw 3 picks.
BC / NC st. -- BC wins a close one 38 - 31 but it should have been a blowout as they outyardage the wolfpack by a huge 578 yds to 253yds. 28 first downs for BC and only 15 for NC st.
Ok st/ T A&M -- Ok st wins 56 to 28 but the box score looks like a tie. 402 to 401 on yardage. 20 to 19 on first downs. A & M turned it over 5 times and allowed a punt return for a TD.
Army / Tulane -- Army somehow wins 44 - 13 while being outgained 486 to 334 yds. The green wave had 25 first downs to Army's 13.
UCF / SMU -- Smoo loses 31 to 17 but out first downed CF 15 to 11 and had 376 total yds to CF's 280. 3 smu int's were the difference.
Akron / Kent -- Kent loses in OT despite winning the yardage battle 413 to 301 and first downs 25 to 15.
Navy / Air Force -- Navy gets a 33 - 27 win but were outgained by AF 411 yds to 244 yds. 20 first downs for AF, only 13 first downs for Navy.
