ROUND ONE

Mitchell is attacking, constantly moving forward. N'dou took his time to get started. He did not really begin throwing until the final minute. Mitchell threw and landed a lot of powerful rights. Mitchell takes the round 10-9.

ROUND TWO

Mitchell is still moving forward. This round N'dou is doing a better job blocking the punches. He is only landing occasionally, but the few power shots he has landed may be hurting Mitchell. Mitchell is still outpunching N'dou and takes another 10-9 round for a 20-18 lead.

ROUND THREE

N'dou twice lands rights early that hurt Mitchell. He is unable to be consistant though due to Mitchell's speed and high punch output. It was a close round, but a couple more rights sting Mitchell late and N'dou takes the round 10-9. Mitchell is up 29-28 now.

ROUND FOUR

N'dou switches southpaw and is getting the jab through. Action picks up as N'dou lands more power. A cut opens up on Mitchell's hairline that seems to be hurting him. Another 10-9 round for N'dou evens it up at 38-38.

ROUND FIVE

N'dou is targeting the cut. Mitchell is slowing a bit, but still has a clear speed advantage. He is throwing a lot. It is the only thing slowing N'dou down. N'dou is still landing clean power shots. Another 10-9 round gives N'dou a 48-47 lead.

ROUND SIX

N'dou is controlling this fight. This round we are seeing less power and more boxing. N'dou is jabbing and targeting the body. Mitchell is having trouble executing his game plan. He may have underestimated N'dou. N'dou round 10-9 gives him a 58-56 lead.

ROUND SEVEN

Mitchell comes back big here. A lot of clean quick punches puts N'dou off balance. Mitchell keeps it up the entire round and is able to hurt N'dou in the last 30 seconds. Big round for Mitchell makes it 67-66 with N'dou leading.

ROUND EIGHT

The place slows early. N'dou then lands some hard shots, but Mitchell responds with some of his own. N'dou does not land enough to take the close round despite a nice right at the end. Mitchell takes the round 10-9 and it is now even at 76-76.

ROUND NINE

Mitchell does a great job early avoiding N'dou's power while landing many counters. Toward the end of the round N'dou connects with some more nice rights. Mitchell responds though and hurts N'dou as the round comes to a close. A 10-9 round gives Mitchell a 86-85 lead.

ROUND TEN

N'dou does very well here in round 10. He actually outboxes Mitchell. A few more power shots from N'dou may have hurt a tiring Mitchell. N'dou has the round 10-9 and once again it is even at 95-95.

ROUND ELEVEN

Mitchell is still eating the rights. He cannot get away from them. As the round winds down N'dou slows down. Mitchell comes back a bit with those quick combos. Both hurt each other in the final seconds. A 10-9 round for N'dou gives him a 105-104 lead going into the final round.

ROUND TWELVE

Both men are clearly tired. They give it all they have though. N'dou lands some more power shots and squeaks out the final round on my card 10-9 for a final score of 115-113 in his favor.

N'dou did a great job in a match where few thought he would even last into the second half of the fight.

The scoring should be close. The judges scores are coming ...

It's a unanimous decision and the scoring is ugly! They have it 115-113, 117-112 and 118-110 all for Sharmba Mitchell!

seymour i could go with that also you and i were more on then those other 2 judges don't know what they were watching but this was a damn good fight lot of rounds could of gone either way, i was tense had a good chunk on the big number and mitchell got belted a few times through-out the whole fight was worried he was going to get laid out with one of those wide rights when he was standing square, they were very solid punches.

"the bunker"
it only takes 2

it only takes 2

to guarantee the win......that`s why 2 judges were way out in left field....

mitchell looked horrible....lucky to get the decision,imo......also lucky that he wasn`t fighting tszyu tonight.....

at least showtime still has their future big ticket bout between mitchell and tszyu alive.....

that`s boxing...money talks......
