It takes 20 scores to get a "true" handicap....then they take your 10 BEST scores of those 20 to figure the handicap....I have always thought this bogus but your handicap is supposed to be your potential and not your average....so they just counted the 84 so far on your handicap

I count everything. The only thing I cheat at is improving my lie in the fairway. I do not improve my lie in the rough. The fairway because the course is still kinda new and I'm not playing a shit lie when I hit the middle of the fairway.
