Value right off the top in Louisville -260
They are playing in Lexington first off, they were one of the hottest teams in the Big East and they are playing a team that shouldn't be in the tourney. Only times Stanford has looked decent is when their two twin centers are controlling the paint but I think the Cards will roll in this one. I just don't see the home crwd letting them lose the first one.

Marquette (105)
Let me see, MSU not at home ....check
A streaking team that can bury you in a half .... check
MSU forced into early season offense of jacking 3's to get back in the game.... check

LBSU +260
Even though I think Tenn beats them, they will light the nets up at least once every 2.5 times

Texas (-480)
They are just too good. NMST played their ass off to get in. And their only chance of staying in this game is to speed up the pace and try to get as many shots as they can, except even then Texas has a huge advantage in shooters and speed. Some might say there is no value, but I like to play heavy ml chalk.

Above the Clouds....
Really like Louisville in this spot, not really a home crowd though. Still trying to figure out how Stanford got in. Texas is that good, Durant really took control of the Kansas game. Beach scares me just don't know what to do there. GL

I hope all these games are as easy as louisville was. No way stanford had a chance, no way should Stanford have even been in the tourney.

1 unit marquette at +2 for reasons stated above

2.5 units to win 2 on UCLA +3
UCLA scares me as a KU fan, and hopefully it will be a close game with a KU win.

well thats the most bitter 2 unit win I will have to swallow this year.

I honestly felt that UCLA played out of their minds tonight, both on defense and on their ridiculous shots that were dropping on offense. KU choked, missing more layups and dunks than they made. If you can't hit free throws and you cant make wide open layups, you can't win the game. Yet I thought KU showed alot of class and held tough on D the whole game and didn't lower themselves to the level of intentionally throwing elbows like a few ucla players were doing for most of the night. My only regret for the game is that I did not bet more. KU put on the best defensive performance I have seen from any team this year, that just goes to show you how bad they played on offense(I don't attribute missing wide open point blank layups and fts to the defense) and also a testament to Howland's team and their defense.

I am almost certainly done betting for the 06/07 college bball season, GL to you all and thanks for the laughs and fun.
