So far I got four games I am playing and all in the NL......

Play: Mets (Leiter)
Line: -153
Opponent: Expos (Vazquez)
Once again I am playing the Mets on their momentum. So far this season the Mets have underachieved with basiclly the same team as last year (less Hampton). That come from behind victory on Sunday against the Yanks really "jarred something loose" in them in my opinion. Then last night scoring four runs in the 8th just gave them more speed. I am going to keep playing the Mets until they lose two in a row.

Play: Phillies (Daal)
Line: -1 1/2 +105
Opponent: Pirates (Arroyo)
I just couldn't justify laying around -145 on Daal who has struggled lately. But, since they are on the road there is much less of a chance of them winning by only a run, so I will bite and give the run and half and take the plus number. Runs against Arroyo have come easily for every team that has faced him as well. 8.38 ERA at home and a 9.39 ERA in June for Arroyo.

Rockies Vs. Astros Over
Line: Over 11 -107
Pitchers: Villone Vs. Miller
Ron Villone has a 8.24 ERA as a starter, 6.62 ERA on the road. Right handed hitters are batting .310 against him, so warm up Biggio, Bagwell, Hidalgo, Alou, Castilla. Next, either Wade Miller is hurting a little or he is hitting a wall and tiring. So far in June he has an 8.15 ERA with the following line for the month 17.2 IP 24 Hits 16 ER.

Play: Giants (Gardner)
Line: -110
Opponent: Padres (Jarvis)
After that 15 inning marathon last night, I looked at today's game and just looked at which starter could hold up the longest and be most effective. IMHO, Gardner is the man and at a small price. Since may he has thrown 43 innings and allowed only 12 ER, if you dismiss the shelling at Coors Field. Jarvis on the other hand has given up 4,7,5 ER in his last three starts and has a June ERA of 9.00.

Good luck to everyone,
HC

Adding this total......

Play: Angels Vs. Rangers Under 11
Line: Under 11 -115
Pitchers: Ramon Oritz Vs. Rogers
So far Ramon Ortiz has pitched against the Rangers twice this season. Once at home and once on the road with two similar results.
2 ER 7IP and 2ER 7.1IP, He also has a 1.80 ERA so far in June. Kenny "Gambler" Rogers has been really consistent lately.
Earned Runs in last five starts: 3,4,0,2,0.
June ERA so far 3.50. Also, check out the Rangers bullpen lately, with the exception of Tim "Gas-Can" Crabtree they have been very nice.
