Why the UFC put Paul Fihlo in the WEC I'll never know. He's absolutely a dominating fighter. WEC is going to benefit greatly from the purchase of Pride by the UFC.

condit/larson looks tough....condit`s fought better opposition...larson may be naturally bigger and stronger....

I like Condit for those odds, shows what they think of Fihlo. Doerkson isn't that bad.

I?m betting on Brock, his strength is Carlos? weakness, that is, wresting. Moreover, he?s much stronger; the only guy to overpower him was Jon Fitch. Also, until several months ago he was a fulltime construction worker, now he?s a fulltime fighter. And much like his friend Sean Sherk, he has a big work ethic, so endurance in a 5 round fight shouldn?t be a problem.

Muhr, I don't think that wrestling is Condit's weakness, it's just not what he chooses to do. You could say that Condit's strength is Larson weakness in BJJ. Condit handled Frank Trigg and Frank's strength is his wrestling.

Saying that, this is a big fight for both of the. Larson needs to prove he belongs with the big boys. His loss to Fitch is nothing to be ashamed of, we all know Fitch is very good and very underated at this point.

The fact that it's 5 rounds is what I like. Condit has 5 full to find one mistake by Larson and it's sub time. I also think Condit's standup is quite a bit better than Larson's. The one problem is what Muhr said, Larson's wresting. We all know wrestlers can lay n pray and dominate that way.

I dont know anything about the guy he is fighting but i wouldn't lay that type of juice even if he was fighting Box.

Even if Brock lost I figured I'd come away thinking it was a good bet. But, the ease with which Carlos applied the armbar is making me feel otherwise.

Why oh why does the UFC have Fihlo in the WEC?

I'm not sure how many of you watched him in Pride but I swear he looked smaller last night. His shoulders weren't near as big and round. It will be interesting to see some of the Pride guys that never where tested before now being tested for steroids. Not like the UFC guys aren't doing it anyway. :mj07:

First time i ever saw these tap out guys. Does anyone think that the actual fighters think these guys are clowns and hangerons behind their backs?
I realize these guys pay the fighters but i have to believe the fighters think they are a joke.
