i can see those plays....
one question....isn`t there a reasonably substantial size difference between rua and filho?......at least based on fight finder`s grid...

Rua is a few inches taller, but I don't think it will make a big diff. Rua moving down to 183lb from 205lb and looking great judging from weighin pic. Kondo on the other hand looks like a skinny kid compared to Baroni.
Filho fought in the pride 205lb elimination tourney thingo but had to withdraw due to injury. Also fought as an alternate at the pride 183lb tourney not long ago and has said he can fight either weight class. The fight is at pride's "welterweight" class 183lbs iirc.

Biggest surprise is Gomi getting choked out by Aurelio.

i swear i was looking at the gomi fight...i love the guy...but had a gut feeling....of course,feelings and a dollar gets you a cup of coffee at 7/11...
