Do you guys listen to any regular shows.

My favorite is Pro MMA Radio with Larry Pepe. I also like MMA Radio: Beatdown with TJ De Santis. Even though there is no MMA talk, I also like MMA Sunday School because the guys are just fun to listen to. Rabbit Punch Radio is one I just found today and I like it too.

I don't like Tapout Radio. I really don't like listening to young punks that swear every other word, but if you do, check them out. There are some other shows on Sherdog Radio that pretty much blow.

Kick: I listened to the last two shows of "Showdown", and I really liked it. Very solid. I still think I like Larry Pepe a little better, but I will be listening to this guy every week from here on out.

Love the Canadian accent too. Knock Oat.
