The NFL Network reported Wednesday that Jones is receiving treatment for a leg injury and ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Monday that A.J. Brown has a hamstring strain.
Brown and Jones, who are the Titans top two receivers, missed practice Wednesday because of hamstring injuries.
When asked Wedneday about the wide receiver situation Vrabel said, "We'll see how we are today at practice. We'll see what they can do and go from there. We'll put out an injury report after we see what they can do."
Jones has 12 catches for 204 yards and Brown has seven catches for 92 yards and a touchdown.
The Titans (2-1) play at the New York Jets (0-3) on Sunday (noon, CBS).
After having six catches for 128 yards against Seattle the week before, Jones had only three catches for 47 yards last Sunday, all which came in the first half of a 25-16 win against the Indianapolis Colts. He did not play in the fourth quarter.
