MNF line dropping

Line is dropping pretty quick. Anyone have any thoughts?

I know the Giants cant close but surely they are better than the Dolphins... Surely...?

Neither team is very good or consistent so you never know what too expect. Playing the Dolphins myself using the old "Home Dog On Monday Night" Theory.
