The over 49 is the BIG play. The Lions secondary is awful. They lost Jeff Okudah for the season and that took the secondary from total shit to slightly less shitty. This game is primed for Rogers and company to make a statement on MNF. The Lions gave up over 400 yards of offense and a majority of the was in the 1st half and they throttled down after the half. The Lions will not get embarrassed under Campbell and will fight till the end but they do not have the talent to run with Packers skilled players. The Saints put up 38 so the Lions should be good for 17 - 20. If the Packers can put up 35 on the Lions it?s over for Rogers and the Packers. The Packers RELAXED in the opener and should take it out on the SOL Lions. Don?t overthink this. The Lions will try to control the clock but that goes out the window once you go down 14-0. This game should look a lot like the 49ers game. Rogers is not throwing games. The Lions should be the ones throwing games so they can get the #1 pick.
