After much research I have found that my pick is

Pitt -4, 2*
over 46, 1.5*

From the ESPN website:
Pittsburgh leads the all-time series 12-4 (and a 4-0 edge in the playoffs).
Including the playoffs, the Steelers have won eight in a row against Indy & 12 of the past 13 meetings. Bill Cowher has never lost to Colts (5-0).
Bettis has run for a total of 1134 yards in his last 11 MNF games.

I feel Pitt is the way to go. Any refutes are welcome.

A couple more convincing stats:

Steelers are 18-5 at home on Monday night and 9-0 under Cowher.

PIT is 11-1 all time at home vs Indy and Steelers have won 8 in a row and 12 of L13 against the Colts.
