San Francisco-2'(5 units)Funny to see the Steelers as a Dog, weird really, I think the Books have this one set up To Suck steeler money as they are as always a Public favorite to bet on, It sure would be easy to say to ones self take Pitt+3 and go to bed, but the NFL is not that easy...
NFL: Pittsburgh is 1-4 against the spread in its last five games as a road underdog....Check this out before ya hang yer hat on a Must Win Steeler team, saying Must win basically cause if they lose this one the division is all but gone for them..SF is 10-2-1 ATS on the year!!! Yes if u bet SF every game this year you would be sittin pretty...The Steelers are 6-7 on the spread for the year.... I know Pittsburgh needs this game but so Didn't the Jets and Giants,Tennessee,Chicago,Houston,Oakland,Denver And Baltimore, Funny The line on this game still has SF as a 3 fav when announced Big Ben would be playing..With the loss last week for the 49'ers Look for them to come out playing tough and hard, The 49er's are 10-0 SU off a SU fav. Loss...Couple other trends that stand a look at is ,Pittsburgh is 0-11 su away vs. opp. off a SU & ATS loss...Big Ben is tough! But The High Ankle Sprain is more then pain, It will actually affect him physically in his movements,He may not finish the game if one good lick gets him....John Harbaugh, coach of the Ravens, knows the Steelers, He Beat them twice this year and probably has a File on them 8 feet high,Oh Yea he was in California this week also... I?m sure he?ll pass along information that helped Baltimore beat Pitt twice this season as Jim and John do talk about opposing teams.
.

I think Franck Gore is healthy and rested having only 10 carries last week for 72 yards(7 yards a pop)...Look who the Steelrs lost to this year, Balt twice where Ray Rice ran for 150 yards in 2 games and Houstons Arian Foster ate them alive for 155 yards an 30 carries,So a Good Tough RB is the way to beet Pittsburgh, And add to the fact that Pittsburgh has a poor Running game and SF squashes the run, San Francisco has not allowed a 100-yard rusher in 35 contests and is the first team to not surrender a rushing TD in the first 13 games.

The 49ers lead the league in both scoring defense (14 points per game) and rushing yards (70.5 yards per game). They still haven?t allowed a rushing touchdown all year and sit second in the league with 31 takeaways.... Steelers have only 14 takeaways on the year, but eight of those have come over the 3 last three-game's....ummm Cleveland, Cinci and KC...

The 49ers also have a solid edge in the kicking game. David Akers has hit 36 of his 42 field goal tries with a long of 55 yards while punter Andy Lee is tied for first in the league with a 50.7-yard average. Pittsburgh?s Shaun Suisham has hit just 75 percent of his kicks with a long of 49.

The Big picture for me is The Steelers have alot going against them in this one,Travel across country to face a Playoff team off a loss,Ben is really hobbled this time, I know he plays well injured but a high ankle Sprain is Critical...Steelers will not have a running game tonight...Harbaugh has a winning percentage of 77%...Another HUGE FACTOR Is The Steelers will be without it's center!!Up front, defensive tackle Justin Smith has 5 1/2 sacks, a large amount for a two-gap lineman in a 3-4 defense... He will line up mostly against left guard Trai Essex, who is expected to start because Doug Legursky will move to center to replace injured Maurkice Pouncey (ankle)...This is Big!...
Roethlisberger is expected to play. On top of that, sack-leader LaMarr Woodley will try to play again after missing all but two series of the past five games with a hamstring injury. "I don't think I can ever recall a game like this," said veteran receiver Hines Ward, who been around since 1998. "Not like this one with a lot of guys banged up at key positions," said linebacker Larry Foote, who has played nine of his 10 seasons with the Steelers.

If u think Vegas is looking for Steeler action then why did the line go from 3 to 2.5....to get 49ers action!
I disagree with your pick but good luck

Pitt 24-10

Sometimes I think Vegas just likes to mess with our heads?

81% of the public is on the Steelers Money Line. And I have a few buddies that love playing teasers. And I do not know if they will tease with the over or under? But I know they will jack the Dog up to +8.5 or +9.

I am a Steelers fan- but I am a fan of money even more. And my gut and heart is telling me to bet on the home team tonight.

I think the Niners were looking ahead to this game last week and that is why they struggled.

San Fran- 30 Pitt- 20

P.S- I will just bet small as I hate betting against my team!!
