Here we go again another MNF Game and as usual the Favorite and Over is getting pounded by the public.
Earlier in the week the "wise-guy" money was thrown on TB + 10.5 which eventually took the line down to 9 or 9.5.
Also if I recall 4 of the Top 6 Hilton leaders also took TB + 10.5
The following is one handicappers opinion:
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-5) at St. Louis Rams (8-1)
Site: Dome at America's - St. Louis, Missouri
Surface: Turf
Last Meeting: December 18, 2000 - Tampa Bay, 38-35 at Tampa Bay
St. Louis has the best offense in the NFL, scoring 30 points or more in 6 of its 9 games this season, while their defense has also improved this year. Keep in mind last year big Monday Night game, Tampa Bay winning 38-35 against St. Louis. Granted the Bucs are playing a better team, but they will make this a battle. St Louis is 2-2 ATS this season as a home favorite and only 1-3 ATS in its last four Monday Night games. Everyone is expecting the Rams to destroy Tampa, Don?t think it will happen. Take the points in a close war.

The Rams (-14) were fortunate to escape with a 11-6 win in the NFC Title game in '99 on their way to the SuperBowl title.
In '00 the Bucs gamered a bit of revenge, with a 38-35 home win in this showcase, winning on a Dunn TD in the final minute.
Don't expect Tampa to duplicate those 38 pts, not against the Rams' much improved "D"
The Rams are a solid 19-7 ats in domes when Warner starts, & 13-4-1 as DD chalks off a pair of SU wins.
Same old story for Tampa, with it's decent "D" but lacking in firepower (ranking 26th on "O").
