The two doormats of the NHL faceoff tonight in Florida. Florida beat Atlanta in their first game of the season 5-4 at Atlanta and I look for Coach Keenan to get a solid effort from his team tonight at home. Florida has some potential playmakers in Valeri Bure, Koslov, Ozolinsh, Yuskevich. I am hoping Luongo will get the start in net, I am assuming with this game at home and with the Panthers needing this win, Luongo will start.
Maple Leafs -1/2 (-135)
With the Bruins finishing up a long road trip and with defensive and goaltending issues, I will take a shot with the Leafs at home.
Sharks -1/2 (-105) 105 to win 100
Both teams struggling a bit early on this season. Canucks need to find more scoring from their second and third lines and Cloutier/Skudra have given up a few soft goals. I will take a shot with the Sharks at home!
