THANKS BA, COMING FROM ONE OF THE BEST TO DO IT SINCE I’VE BEEN ON MJs, I TAKE THAT AS A HUGE COMPLIMENT. MY HEALTH IS GREAT, ACTUALLY DROPPED 25 LBS AND BACK DOWN TO MY FIGHTING WT. TO BE HONEST, THE LORD HAS HAD ME IN QUITE THE STORM THE PAST 18-24 MONTHS. ALONG WITH DEALING WITH THE PANDEMIC LIKE EVERYONE ELSE, MY DAD GOT SICK AND I HAD TO LEAVE MY JOB OF 20YRS AND TAKE CARE OF HIM IN A HOSPICE SITUATION THEN SPRINKLE IN A 3YR DIVORCE WITH A GREEDY EX THAT I AM FINALLY ABOUT TO WRAP UP, I HAVEN’T HAD THE TIME NOR THE ENERGY TO POST ON A CONSISTENT BASIS. I HAVE NOT WORKED IN 11MONTHS AND THATS NOT BY CHOICE, I HAVE LITERALLY GONE THRU THE INTERVIEW PROCESS AND BEEN OFFERED 4 DIFFERENT JOBS AND AT THE LAST MINUTE, THE RUG WAS SNATCHED RIGHT FROM UNDER ME. GOOD NEWS IS IM STARTING NEW JOB FEB 1 AND I WANT HAVE TO CONTINUE TO LIVE OFF MY RETIREMENT AND BOOKIE.
Four Corners, I GUESS I HAVE BEEN TOO HOT FOR ONE OF MY LOCALS BECAUSE HE JUST TEXT ME AND SAID THEY ARE CUTTING ME OFF…BETWEEN CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND, BOWL SEASON, AND FIRST MONTH AND HALF OF COLLEGE HOOPS I HAVE HIT HIM FOR 45K…GOD IS GOOD :0074

Thanks for sharing your recent history w us LP. Leaving your job to care for your dad says a lot about you. I assisted when both mine were in their last leg but didn’t have to leave my job. Perseverance has landed you back on your feet starting Feb. 1. That’s great news! I understand not having the energy to post but wish had shared some of that bowl season magic. Lol. I had taken a sabbatical from mj and learning some new guys here. There are a few new to me in football that have been lighting it up! You put your boy out to pasture!!! That is quite impressive!!! LP, man I am sorry to hear about all this. You have had a rough couple of years. You just stay tough Buddy. You will get through it. I know it is hard because I had to do it too. Divorce, death of my Dad, then stage 4 throat cancer. Beat that too, so far anyway. Hey, I am still here, and loving everyday on this side of the grass. And you will too LP, things will get better.
