I have as little faith in the nats bullpen as I do in the Rays' Erasmo Ramirez so I'll stick with
the 1st5--I have no issues with Gio, despite some relatively average work lately.
Instead of the ml I grabbed the team total as I am not sold on Ramirez despite good recent
work; this would be a good game to see both SP's numbers normalize a little. Looking
for 4 from the nats doesn't seem like a stretch as they've reached that number in 5 straight
contests since an offensive slump, with the last 4 providing no DH. Harper will DH tonight,
in case you haven't heard.
Some other temptations but check the weather reports--supposed to be storms happening
all over the place. This game is safe in the dome and is my preferred, anywho.
Mets' Syndergaard was some juicy Jays trade-bait so it will be interesting to see how he
fares; Jays going for 12 tempting at evenish money but allegedly storms to come...
...as we get closer I'm thinking the weatherpeople might be overpaid...beautiful in T.O.,
presently.
