Limit your plays to one, max two if you're struggling. It seem to help your focus, as well as limit losses if you're struggling. That works for me or taking a few days off if I'm really getting blasted. It's a long year.

Phoenix usually kills Chicago and Utah should drill NO, I just don't like laying double digits, especially against teams that are starving for a win. Good luck...
