Blackhawks continue to cost me dough. These jokers are on a covering streak which boggles my mind. They have to go on a nice long losing streak soon, and hopefully I will be able to capitalize because although playing well now, just aren't that good.
I'll take a pass on the Ottowa game. Ottowa owns the Islanders, but the Islanders want payback for last years playoff exit one would assume. They will come out hungry, but I'm not dumb enough to bet into a 17 game winless streak or whatever it is.
Vancouver -.5 (-107) 2 units. Vancouver is 5-1 ATS in their last 6 while Detroit is 0-4. Detroit is playing their 4th game in 6 nights and their third consecutive on the road. Vancouver has yet to lose this year at home and with Bertuzzi back, are a major force. Detroit will throw up a ton of shots, but Cloutier has close to a 93% save percentage. Detroit won in Detroit earlier in the year 3-2 so hopefully Vancouver will want some sort of revenge. A lot of people are on the Red Wings today, so I'll take my chances with the team playing better hockey right now at home.
