I have not talked with you in awhile. I used to speak with you alot when we were on the AOL message boards a few years back. I wanted to get your email address from jack if that is ok so we can chat from time to time.

I am having a decent time so far this year and noticed you are doing great also!! I know you never had much luck with the CAA but wanted to chat with you about the VCU-Delaware game tonight. Let me know if you have any info on Delaware as I am fairly familiar with VCU.

I am with you on Texas tonight. I know United Spirit is tough to play in with a full crowd, but I just do not see Tech being able to match up with UT's inside presence. I don't see a blow out like the Oklahoma game, but I just cannot believe TT can hang. We'll see though. I had Texas by 4, so I was surprised to see the line with Tech favored.

Casey- Sorry to dissapoint, but that must have been a different 'Hoops'..I never was a part of the AOL boards. But I promise, I didn't abduct that 'Hoops' and assume his identity. Funny though...I absolutely HATE the Colonial conference..avoid the games at all cost. Sorry for any confusion and best of luck.

If he only has one play, he only has one play. If it's not ten units, then there's a reason...he doesn't *like* it as much.

Why do you folks insist on asking him day in and day out for 10 unit plays. It's behaviour like that that will lead you to forcing plays. If you've dug yourself into a hole, chip away at it slowly. Don't expect everyone to have top rated plays every day just so you can break even in one shot. Remember, it's a marathon, not a sprint.

If you guys did any capping, you'd realize that there are days when the card simply has little value and then there are days when there are lots of games that fit your criteria.

Oh and for the umpteenth time (cuz we KNOW it's gonna get asked again), if Hoops doesn't put a unit designation beside the play, it's for T-H-R-E-E units.

I may be way out of line guys. But the card is not that big tonight. I see a couple of plays. With my back ground in Buckets not so great. I can't see a 10 unit play. If you're jonsing to play more games, do some homework and play more games. You'll get your entertainment, but I doubt you'll retain your bankroll............Nice job Hoops!

Air Force/New Mexico Under 122

Neither team scored over 60 pts in their two meeting last season. More importantly, loss of PG Parmer means 14pts and 6 assists out of the lineup...and he is the sparkplug for their offense....Lobos might be out of sync for periods without him running the show and won't have the dribble-drive player that breaks down the defense and creates open looks for other players. Obviously Air Force is going to slow the tempo, run the Princeton style offense, and take 25 seconds to shoot each time down the court.

Just to clarify for Hoops and anyone who commented ... I was not asking for him to post 10 unit plays every night. Some cards are weak and playing few games, if not passing is the best decision ... however, he has not even posted a 5 unit play in about a week and I think those of us who read his posts daily and some rely heavily on his input are concerned he is no longer posting everything here. We appreciate his work and understand forcing plays is worse than not playing.
