*We have had some outstanding weather the past few days.... The sun is out (melting all the damn snow ❄️⛄😠)
And this time of year, Lake Tahoe is especially beautiful. My issue is I deal with that Seasonal Affective Disorder which means I kind of get down in my attitude when the days are dark and dreary (I would never make it in Alaska) but I love the Mountains, Wildlife, and Alpine Lakes. The sun is like a anti-depressant for me, so the past 2 days, I have been relishing that Vitamin D. I actually love the snow and find it to be very peaceful, but I literally hate snow blowing and shoveling the crap. I might try to post some of my pics of the stuff at my house..... So you can see what I'm talking about.

Was up at mammoth this last weekend, had the same weather, mid 40's, sunshine, with no wind but tons of snow, it was gorgeous as well; over new yrs we looked at a few houses up there in south lake, liked the perimeter road homes that back to forest in the high school neighborhood by the barbecue place; any thoughts on that part of town aside from the school traffic?

Very Nice area..... Lot of rental vacation homes in the area.... Lake Tahoe as a whole is trying to cut back on the amount of Short Term Rental Property...... However, lots of resistance.... Unfortunately, in the past 7-8 years the housing market has sky rocketed..... Crazy prices for what you get........ My Uncle just sold his place on the North Shore for 1.5 million... He bought it for 250,000......crazy

I always check the book at Lakeside too.... They aren't quick to adjust their lines..... Problem is that limits are low.... Cal Neva in Reno is by far the best Sportsbook for serious punters.... They have a Sportsbook in the Mt Bleu but I rarely go there......
