Should be a great week starting tonight with some big conference championships and semifinal matches.
Gonzaga -4 *** (3 Units)
Like I said last night. These two always meet each other in the conference title and everybody gets excited about the Gaels. WHY?? I have never met a team that lacks more confidence and exudes such a weak demeanor when faced with a challenge then St. Marys. They always seem to fail to show up whenever a big game is put in front of them. Zags being slighlty off this year makes the line much more appealing then in year's past. But the result will still be the same.
Appalachian St +4.5 ** (2 Units)
What can I say about the Mountaineers... a great team that has been huge for me. I've been saying this for the past 2 months. I've noticed other cappers have taken notice and have fell in love with them as much as I have. Love the balance of the inside/outside combo along with great free throw shooting, crashing the boards, and the unselfishness. This will be a great game.
W.Kentucky -ML ** (2 Units)
This line is tough as I'm going contrarian again as many like Troy. I'm taking the Hilltoppers. They do everything better than Troy in my estimation. If Troy is cold at all from outside, this will be a tough one to overcome. I think last night's close call with the Red Wolves woke them up. This is a game I'd rather take to win then play with the points.
N.Texas/Denver Over 127 ** (2 Units)
I think the tired legs of Denver will catch up with them and even if they elect to try and slow down the tempo, the Mean Green will be able to score effectively. As we know though they don't play defense, so I think the Pioneers will be able to score as well. In the last 3 games Denver has been playing a slightly faster tempo. The flow should be quick enough to get to the low 130s.
Good luck everyone! If I change any of these to higher unit plays I will post. Let's get after it.
Best,
Kaiser
