[Box and one]

Away for the weekend....I posted Saturday from my phone at Hoochies Bar in downtown Denton...I hit submit but didn't see the post..yesterday....I think I forgot to put a title in..just posted and hit submit...I can't remember writing something in the title because I probably would of said reporting from Hoochies or downtown Denton...
anyway Had a 5* play in ODU-UTSA..it was +2 UTSA at UTSA...was stunned Roadrunners were getting points..then later it went to pk'in but I made my play already...posted a few other plays and then looking at my phone ODU is killing UTSA... Peeking at the phone and was really upset the Roadrunners were losing big...I have no idea what happened and today will try to go back and look up the box score but UTSA won by 1..don't think they ever have the lead until the final few seconds..was very lucky...also posted NT was -13 over MTenn...I capped it at North Texas -9 slnce they had lost a few in a row and just beat Rice by 1...think MT could keep it close...but with all my buddies coming in a few hour before the game and drinking 4 shiner beers I played NT -13 for ***.. Played with my heart because I wanted to cheer for them...thank god my heart was right because my brain sure wasn't ..North Texas blew MT out and they looked so bad...and NT shot 3 for 20 from the 3 and still blew them away...MTenn really has a bad team...this is a team that went 25-8 and 16-2 in the conf...I know they lost their coach last yr but I think any of the Sun conf schools would of beat them..not sure who they play this week but I'm capping that game..when a team shoots 3-20 from the 3 and still beat you by +20 there are some problems..

Had a great saturday with USF ,NT,UTSA and another 2 teams. winning....mucho boxes...then of course Had South Dak St -11 and then won by 10...unreal ..when will I ever learn...never..and lost another late game...plus Iona and Rider yesterday. both lost...head swollen,money in accounts,kicking ass early ...today back to
earth...gambling sucks...

Looked at tonites games...nothing jumps out..might pass...going tomorrow to the Kansas-Texas game..Doglover..will you be there....The other game I won saturday was Georgia +4 over Texas,...should of pounded that game...not sure if my saturdays post is in college football,NBA basketball,gen forum or just in cyberspace floating around...good to be back in Austin...4 shiner beers and I;m buzzing..thats what old age does..

Roadrunners were down 69-52 (17 pts) with 3:44 remaining on the clock. The proceeded to Outscore the Big-Blue by the tally of 22-4 over the final 224 ticks. The final 22 points looked like this

I was also "phone-peeking" the phone between honey-dos, a youth hockey game, and my 14U Teams baseball indoor teams winter practice. UTSA were down almost 20 at my last glance ~5:00 mark, I chalked that up to a "L" to my surprise an hour later when I saw 74-73. BUT, I had also marked my pocket cheatsheet as UTSA-2. I got the double surprise when I realized I had chalk and didn't lay chalk.

One of the "W" I will remember for a long time along with the dozens of heart breaking losses.

sportz thank you..wow...that is amazing..the box score wouldn't of explained that..all I know was every time I looked at my phone I was so upset they didn't show up...you are tied for 1st place in the conf...how can you guys fold like that...I had a lot on that game and just marked it off as a loss..in fact maybe an hour later I looked at my phone and saw they won...I'll take the win but that wasn't a good handicapping job..again thanks for that recap...

TCU +5 over Texas Tech **
Both teams won on Saturday winning vs Florida and Arkansas those SEC teams...both played great defense holding these SEC teams to 50 and 64 points...TT has one of the best players in the B-12 in Culver...he does every thing...Moretti and Mooney...and then Tariq from the Johnnies...TT slipped a little but their back...but the same thing for TCU...they slipped too but have rebounded...TT has Culver and TCU has Bane...Samuel is like a Tariq..but the best pt gd in the gym tonite is Robinson by far.....TCU on the road in the B-12 is 0-3...they lost Fisher their other gd a few games ago...big loss but it might take a few games to learn to play w/o him...think this is a close low scoring game and TT might win but just by a couple...

Baylor +6 over OU **
Since BU lost there McClure things looked bleak in Waco...but they went to the 3 gd offense and won 4 in a row... Mason the BU transfer from Yale is kicking ass...it was just 2 years ago Mason scored 30 pts 6 rebounds and 4-5 assists vs Baylor.. Rumor was Drew approached Mason after the game and said when you graduate you still have a year of eligibility,come to Waco..I guess Mason listened [ I made that up".} Bears play tough defense...Last yr when I saw the Baylor-Texas game Clark a 6'9 Freshman had the best body of any player I saw all year.. at around 235-240 all muscle...although still young if he plays in the B-12 the next 3 years he will be a force.. OU has James who I think is the best player in the B-12.. I know KU ha some players but this kid has so much talent..OU has some shooters and plays about the same level of defense that Baylor plays..Calixte is playing a great point.. How ironic that OU is led by a Maine transfer and Baylor a Yale gd,,..OU just whipped Vandy by 20 but they did lose to KSU at home..think this is a close game...will grab the points..
