I attribute my recent success in the MAAC to knowing when to play and when to pass: for example taking Niagara big yesterday but passing on Manhattan.
Today's game is Rider at Siena and my gut tells me that Siena wins but I'm not confident they'll cover the 9 points.
Last Thursday night, Siena beat the #2 MAAC team Fairfield 74-71 in CT but then two days later lost at home to bottom feeder Marist 79-74 after blowing a double digit lead in the 2H.
Rider comes into this game having won 3 of 4 including a 73-60 win at Marist.
Siena is the better team but they haven't proved that they can put anyone away so IMO 9 is too many to ask the Saints to cover here.
I'm passing.
