3* White Sox -116 (Buehrle/Davies)
I really like how the ChiSox battled this weekend in Detroit, a good sign that they still think they can make something out of this season. Sox are 23-7 in Buehrle starts against KC, 17-6 when he's a road favorite, and 8-2 in his last 10 starts overall. Davies is a complete mess right now going 0-7 9.30 in his last 7 starts.
2* Pirates -107 (Willis/McDonald)
Great value here as we have an established pitcher who's been pretty good recently at home against Dontrelle Willis who's trying yet again to catch on with someone. Pirates are 13-4 in the Central recently, 5-1 against the Reds, 5-1 in McDonald's last 6 starts. Reds are 4-18 after a win recently not able to string together many quality games in a row.
2* Over 8 -110 Nats/Astros
No idea who the Ump is tonight but he'd have to be pretty pitcher friendly to help these two guys right now. Lyles is 6-1-1 over in his starts and has a 5.63 in his last 7 games. Marquis is 0-2 9.49 in his last 3 starts. The over is 16-5 in the last 21 meetings between these squads and Astros are 21-10 over at home recently.
