Hey guys I am in the baseball forum most of the time but I do lurk in here from time to time. I have a question?

Why at my book (Wagerstreet) did the o/u drop from 36 to 33 from last night to today.

Is the weather bad or something? I still think the cowboys won't score in the first half. Seeing how Oakland will play there starters into the third qtr. But I have never seen a line drop three points. I took the under at 36.5 on friday should I play the over at 33 with two points in the middle. Seem like a good middle!

It's been raining in MEXICO CITY and there's a 80% chance tonite. This field is KNOWN to be slippery when wet and breaks down and gets sloppy. According to ESPN, the field has been tarped, and the COWBOYS say it's in good shape, and should hold up til at least the 3rd quarter. EMMITT is now expected to start, first time he's played when the COWBOYS have gone to Mexico, and that should help some.

NOLAN is touting the UNDER, that may be why it's dropping too!!

I'd love to be in your shoes though... I have seen the total at 32 at VIP so you may wanna wait til you try for that middle. IF Wagerstreet offers HT wagering, you could hope the starters keep the game at 10-14 pts and then GO OVER 16 or 17 at HT, and have a HUGE middle. If it's 10-0 at HT, you go OVER 17 and you have from 27 to 36.5! Nice numbers to be middling there...

Hey thanks rander. I was just curious what was going on. I have seen lines move three points before but never in a five hour stretch. I like the halftime bet your talking about I may hope for 10-0 at half and pound the middle.

i would also question the motivation of players on either side to perform well in this contest. If the weather is as gruesome as it could be, this field will be a quagmire and I can't imagine anybody will want to play.
