Pitt -16 over Monmouth ***
Pitt just lost at home to WV by 16..but did beat FSU by 1...Capel won 14 games last yr...and lost 19...he has Xavier Johnson at gd and McGown who can score and attack..Frontcourt will have some problems during the conf but not vs Hawks front court..Murphy and Toney can score and play defense...Hawks have a good pt gd in Salnave but inside they are weak...no post defense or rebounding..they did play Kansas and Kansas St in back to back games...but Pitt has 6'10 Brown inside who Monmouth has no one to stop him...Hawks defense although has played bad it was against some good teams...but Pitt at home think panthers will blow them out and send them packing back to Jersey

Utah St -19 over UTSA ***
Hate going against my Roadrunners but its " beep-beep time : because Utah is Wilie Coyote time.. UTSA has the 2 best scoring gd in the country in Jivan and wallace...but frontline can't rebound or play defense...they lost to Delaware 91-79..thay will be the highest pts the hens will score this year..Love the coach and gds but Roadrunners cannot play any defense..you will win games but out scoring teams in the conf vs the North texas,Mid Tenn,etc but tonite you will run into a good Utah St team.. Merrill the Utah St best player will be the best gd you see all year...can shoot,pass etc.. and play shut down defense,..Bean,Anderson Miller are all avgs double digits..UTSA lost to OU 85-67S,IU Oakland and Delaware they are giving up over 80 pts a game .. Aggies avg over 87 pts a game...Aggies can rebound and play tough defense..stop or slow down Jivan and Wallace and Roadrunners are doing the beep-beep .. Merrill will win PO Yr in conf and could be a lottery pick nexy yr..
Auburn -15 over Colgate **
Colgate won the Pat conf has most of its starters back and will win it again they are led by 6'10 Ivanaukas POY of the conf..they start 2 former rookie of the yrs in Raymon and Richardson,.. they beat NJITy 5 and then lost to Clemson and the Cuse 81-68 and 70-54..they were 13-41 from the 3 vs the Cuse..and those were wide open shots...Auburn they beat CS North 116-70 they have out standing gd in McCormick.. a fast pt gd,inside they have some bigs that are athletic and quick...they have a 2 or 3 players that can shoot the 3..they play aggressive defense and lets not forget they went to the final 4 last year and if they called that double dribble on Vir they might of been the national champs..Say what you ant about Pearl but he coached his ass off but now the FBI is involved...they could take down the Tigers without playing any defense..think Colgate in trouble tonite..

Going to the game...I know Tx St won 24 games last yr..they play shut down defense..but missing Tre Nott was such an important missing role ..he added so much and freed Pearson for his open jumpers..w/o him I think I could be the Jackson st coach and slow down the Bobcats..will grab the pts tonite,, Bobcats never blow anyone out they did play baylor tough the other nite ..small play
