Baylor -7 over K-State **
Bears defense vs a bad K St offense... Baylor has a solid offense..Baylor No 1 with a huge target on there backs.. but they just shut you down on defense ..last 6 games they have held teams to under 58 pts ..they lost 4 starters from last yrs teams but with tranfers and juco's they have all been replaced The Butler kid is amazing.. and there best player Gillispie was a walk on last yr...Teague is a force...KSt best player Sneed is in a slump..they have lost 3 of last 4 and have trouble on offense and FT shooting think one of the worst in the country...Drew has his kids playing in over drive ..no let up.. double digit road win ...last yr in March K-st beat them 66-60..not this year.Baylor on the road beat ISU by 14,Florida by 11 Oak St by 7,Kansas by 12 Tex Tech by 5 and Texas by 15..vs a weak offensive team...double digit win..
Kansas -14.5 over Texas ***
Was at the last game these guys played each other..KU has now won 6 in a row and McCormick is back but not starting..seeing Azubulke and McCormick close up really makes you realize there size and strength..Udoke is 7'0 280 and McCormick 6'10 270...its almost like men playing boys.. Dotson was questionable in that game but played and had 21 pts its the 1st time I really saw him... think he is the best gd in the B-12..and has NBA future.. Garret is a 6'4 gd that is probably the best defender in the B-12 and Moss is 6'5 and can play... this team is so big..and tops in the B-12 in offense and right behind baylor in defense.. Texas is so inconsistent.. they did beat Iowa St by a few the other day but there offense is "living by the 3"..at Allen Field House don't think those 3's are automatic..Texas gds turn the ball over to much yet they do play solid defense... Sims has been playing better and Shacka has let his freshmen Mitchell play more.. this kid is good..but its Big Monday on ESPN and Self always wins and covers at home.. Shacka has been pressing recently and playing uptempo but Dotson with the ball at gd and Udoke inside will be to much for ther Longhorns to handle
Lafayette +2 over Bucknell **
Bucknell is 9-14 and only 5-5 in the Pat conf...just got blown out by Boston U by 20..meanwhile the Leopards are 14-7 and 6-4 in the conf...Bucknell has owned this conf but Laf returns all 5 starters from last yr and have the best shooter and player in the Pat Conf in Jaworski ...think the Leopard takes a bite out of the Bison tonite
