Made my first play of the year early this morning.
ORL/UTAH
With some fairly drastic changes in the rules and the usual change of rosters, felt a need to track some things before jumping in with plays.
For those who no nothing about me, I play alot. Played 596 plays last year, small profit after great success in the first half. After the allstar break, I was pitiful.
Back to today's play:
Orlando started off a long, five game west coast trip, yesterday. The Magic lost to the Lakers by 13 points and head on to Utah tonight.
The Jazz aren't exactly setting the house on fire to start the season. Hard to say a team has it's all time low this early in the season, but they were embarrassing losing to Toronto, at home, last time out - might qualify. The Jazz's defense was pitiful.
Utah finishes off a 3 game homestand tonight.
Expect Utah's defense to pick up the pace tonight. Jazz is more rested and still eating homecooking. Orlando comes in after a physical game yesterday against the Lakers.
Feel this is also note worthy, Orlando is a low sea level team, no days rest, playing high altitude tonight.
My friend Raymond is already on the Jazz. I suspect he has already figured this out. May play the Jazz also, but going with the under for now.
