Played 1 big early...

Spurs -2 BIG I actually feel the Spurs are overrated, but I love this spot for them. I think they cruise.

Hey Jord - that other thread got sent to the dregs, so I wanted to make sure you saw my reply to you.

"Thank you - I really do appreciate your kind words, and I apologize for calling you 'narcissistic' - it is an unfair characterization of you, based only on a snippet of posts. I look forward to good discussions with you in the future. You are obviously very intelligent."

Of course, it would not have bothered me as much if I didn't have a lot of respect for you. Thanks again for your reply.

And...go Spurs!

:toast: I appreciate it. The feelings are mutual. I'm glad we can move on from all the non-important stuff, and focus on making money (or discussing things at a high level "over there." ):toast:

Philly +7 I will just close my eyes and bite at 7
Denver -9 Huge line here. This should get ugly.
GS -2.5 I hate the Warriors. they have been a great fade of late. Tonight, I like the spot for them.

I am playing all first halves tonight.

I especially like the Spurs -1 1h

By the way, I know NBA has been tough this year for me; but I am currently wrecking it.

12-1 on my last 13 posted sides here. That does not include the 3 I posted yesterday after the games started. really a 15-1 run for me right now. Hopefully, we can keep this rolling tonight.

Jord if they are overrated who you like out of the west? IMO OKC took a huge step back without harden. Clippers are flawed, Denver and Memphis both good teams but don't see them betting the Spurs in a 7 game series.

19-1...run

decent... ;)

Thanks Hippo!

This run is insane for me. I have had some pretty filthy runs in college hoops, but 19 out of 20 in the NBA is about as good as it gets.

I'm certainly not saying to fade me now, but if you missed the 95% winners on 20 games, now may not be the best time to start tailing. I say this because I see it on here all the time and I did it years back when I used to tail. By the time you find the hot guy and decide to tail, he is reverting back to the mean. I think that's why people get so upset when Thunder loses. They see him killing it, and then say "F it" and hop on. They then think they are a jinx of some sort. It's not a jinx... it's just simple probability. I could go on about this, but I will leave it at that.

And all that being said... I am going to keep kicking ass for the rest of the season!!!

I don't get too into futures, as I generally think the odds are poor. And we are still weeks away, so I will wait for better judgement. I am all about matchups and spots, so your guess is probably about as good as mine on this. I do think the Spurs own the Clips. I love Denver. And I wouldn't count the Lakers out against anyone save OKC.

I totally agree about Harden. I don't think Oklahoma can win it all without him. Martin can't take over the way James could.

The Spurs being "overrated" doesn't mean they can't get to the finals; it just means there may be some profitable spots to fade them. And them being overrated still puts them above most if not all teams in the West.

Let's kill em Shab. I hope you have been riding this streak

Yup this is the time of year when you heat up, teams come to play no more nights off

You are exactly right. It is much tougher to cap when guys/teams take nights off all the time. That's why i love March and playoffs in all sports.

People will argue that the lines are tighter; but that is ok if you can dissect the matchups well. The lines are only tight to what the perception is.

Jord my god what a run you're on. Incredible work.
What is your take tonight because I got a bad feeling.
Boston big road fav
LA big road fav
SA big road fav
Miami big home fav
Many people will be parlaying these or some.
I think at least one these teams lose tonight.
