Added Rockets 1Q -3.5 40

I'm going to use those 3 1Q plays to hammer LIVE plays at decent numbers if they don't cover. This way, if they get out to early big leads, I won't feel bad for missing out on potential live action. Yes, I'm sick, but the reasoning is sound xstop

I like it 1Q plays on these. If the starters not playing then Tor and Hou will have big lead 1Q
