I have had a few payouts last month and yesterday had to call money gram and they just said that they wont let me recieve money anymore and gave no reason why. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

I have had a ton, never an issue, but I am in Canada, so that changes things obviously. Being in USA I could see that happening. I am sure you are not the only one that has happened too.
It is hard enough to win, but when USA gov't makes it pretty much impossible to get paid it makes it even harder.
You are not too far from Canadian border, move to Canada and you'll get paid no problem:SIB :142smilie

On top of not getting my payout yesterday , it has been over 24hrs and the money still hasnt been credited to my account. Wow why do I have to wait for processor to refund money before I get it posted. makes no sense at all they know I didnt get the money but still cant post it back. Over 24hrs now!!
