So far, it seems that odds are that the %'s are going to miss one.... soooo I propose to bet the over/under to win a small profit; for example:
Over: 60% +
Bet Under for 110/100
then the Dog for like 90/135 at say +150. Its a small win system, but I'm looking for at the very least games to avoid the big favorite.

I would say, at this point do not go against the %'s on an under.

I'm open for advice or criticism.

It may be best to forget the Over/Under bet and just bet the dog, when there are over 60% on the fav, and the same for either the Over or Under.

you said you wanted criticism so here goes:

this idea is worthless for baseball as far as favs and underdogs because its a moneyline sport. Of course an overwhelming majority are going to be on the yanks at -200 because the books need them to be. They need 67% or so on them. Thats why they offer +180 or so on the dog so that when only 33 % are on them so their books come close to balancing.

your sample size is way too small also. If you are taking a books percentage number, you don't even know if it is accurate. There are other sites out there with large samples, but also plenty of others with small samples. Small samples don't mean anything.

Public/Anti-public works better with spread sports.

If you are still convinced this is worthy of your time for baseball, I suggest that when you do see an overwhelming majority continue to hit one side and then see the line go the other way or stay stagnant, then these percentages might be useful.
