has anyone used this service? i am told it works just like regular moneygram if you are blacklisted by them for their regular money transfers..all opinions welcome!!

Yes I have used that option, but I am in Canada so might be a very different thing altogether if sending from USA.

Don't download anything, just close all the "pop ups" and eventually you'll be able to watch the illegal feeds.
