Monster rumor I heard.....

Actually this isnt really a rumor, its been talked about for over a year now. Was listening to Detroit Sports Talk Radio over the net during my Networking class(headphones) and they brought up the fact that the Big Ten wants a 12th member. And Ive heard this time and time again. Most people - like me thought Pitt was a lock for the Big Ten...but people called the show and a guy who has good stuff or source (whatever) says that Toledo would be the leading candidate if the Big Ten takes a 12th member. Now here in Toledo we never talk about Toledo being in the Big Ten...in fact I have never even heard anybody mention it before. But all of a sudden this comes up.

If this rumor is true (and I doubt it is) I would hope that Toledo DOES NOT accept it....reasons...

1) Students would have to buy tickets instead of going for free.
2) Wont be able to find a seat when Ohio St or Michigan comes to town because there are so many fags that swing off of Ohio Sts or Michigans Nuts.
3) Would miss rivalry with BG and Marshall....

Please someone tell me this is all a lie!

true it is the Big Ten.....but I hate it! And I hate there god awful officials. Northwestern game shows yet again why those officials SUCK!

I think that Toledo would be competitive in the Big Ten, but from what I have heard from a reliable source is that the Big Ten may approach Missouri as a potential member.

This stat is a little misleading considering they have all played 6 games and the other rushers have played 5 games:nono:

And IAHAWK when you say the defense isnt the best in the MAC....your understating just a tad
