Ahhh San Francisco's Union Square during the holidays...

What they should be protesting is all the money we wasted in Iraq. That's pretty much all I care about at this point. Sure could come in handy these days. :shrug:

Fur and PETA protestors are pretty much regulars in that area (which I walk through twice every single weekeday to and from work.)

Little known fact: it was the Anti-Fur vote that clinched the Prop 8 victory. The visible minority of gay guys that indulge in gorgeous, soft, and luxurious fur coats caused a rift between groups that most would think like-minded.

One of them should have taken a gunshot to the head during the demonstration from a fellow demonstrator. It would have showed the strength of their convictions and made for one hell of a way to get across whatever message they had.

i feel honored....actually embiggened....to have the privelege of bringing these courageous acts...these interesting, slices of americana to the attention of the forum.....

unfortunately, they seem have no sense of the gravity of the world terror situation(they did this the day after the mumbai massacre).... they obviously don`t realize they aren't the center of the universe(surely each one of these "--------" went home thinking they did something meaningful that day).....

hopefully,they are smart enough to realize that their free speech / right to protest message was underwritten by our boys and girls in uniform.......

/although the "bats" did slip up by not having someone dressed up as a big nosed "joooooo" doctor removing the hostages organs and selling them on the black market....
