Yes, you normally have a few great NBA teams, but this year, you have a bunch of average clubs and then 2 teams WAY better than everyone else IMHO.

Just bringing this up for debate as you can virtually count on 2 fingers who is winning the title this year unless the Warriors lost Curry and unless the Spurs lost a couple guys (they're depth is incredible). Sure Cleveland should come out of the East as Lebron's team always does, but win 4 games against either of these teams, forget about it... I also think the Clippers or Thunder could be challenging when 100% healthy, but win a series against these power houses, not a chance IMHO although the Thunder might be interesting with their star power.

However, let's look at college hoops... who seems like a lock for the Final 4 this season? There isn't ANYONE and the field is the most open I can ever recall. I can say about 15 teams with great chances to win the whole enchilada, but college hoops is much more fun and unpredictable with absolute parody compared to this chalk heavy NBA where either team A or B likely wins it and they meet in the semifinals.

I love Carolina and their balance. They're playing defense, can score 90-100 any given night. Their best player is a PG, and their front court is deeeeeep. I honestly would be shocked if they're not in the Final 4.

As far as the NBA goes, I still like the Clippers as a sneaky team. I don't see anyone just running them out of a series as all games are going to be battles. I would agree that SA/GS are the favorites. Cleveland would've won the East by rolling the ball out...even with Blatt
