Most teaser points?

I'm looking for the book that gives the most points.
Does anybody give 21 or more?
I'd like to play the totals with this also.
Its time to open an account for the season, so any help would be great.

Yes you can do totals. If I remember right, you must make 10 picks, and put up $250 to win $100.

Last year I tried it just for laughs. Played $25 to win $10. 1st week went 10 for 10 to go up $10. Following week went 10 for 10 to go up $20. 3rd week went 9 for 10. Now I'm down $5. I had to try it just to see how hard it is to win at. Over a 3 week period, went 29 for 30, and lost money. That was the end of those for me.
