You can't bet those big faves.

I'm taking a small shot at Tom Hardy. I thought the performance was Oscar worthy as soon as I saw the movie.

Stallone wins it just proves nothing. He certainly didn't do a better acting job than the rest. Gimme a break. If Rocky does win we'll at least get a nice emotional speech.

I guess Dicaprio is a lock? I'd like to see his face is he doesn't win but no way I'll be awake for this thing.

Watch JLaw win. That would be funny.

You mean "Further" from the truth. :SIB
Farther and furtherboth mean at a greater distance, and they are used interchangeably in this sense. In the United States, though, farther is more often used to refer to physical distances, and further more often refers to figurative and nonphysical distances. For example, we might say that one mountain is farther away than another, while we might say the price of a stock (a nonphysical thing) fell further today than yesterday. This is not a rule, however, and further is often used for physical distances.

I thought everybody in the Academy gets a vote. 63 sounds crazy but what's wrong with 63?
