That's bean salsa dammit
This is a recipe I have made for years. It's the best salsa or bean salsa I've ever had. Delicious.
1-2 large clove garlic minced
1 can Red beans
1 can dark kidney beans
1 can black beans
Rinse all beans prior to use
2 ears sweet corn (shave kernels off raw cob. Very important to not cook or use canned corn)
1 banana pepper chopped
3 jalape?os chopped
1-2 habanero peppers chop
1 onion or green onions chop
Tomatoes drained chopped to taste. I use 3-4 Roma
I-2 lime juiced
1 bunch of cilantro
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of thyme
1/2 cup French dressing
Combine all ingredients cover and let stand in fridge. The longer the better but 3-4 hours should do it. Stir and serve with chips. Even great with doritos.
