Never heard of them before I saw them on the side here.
Sent them a deposit yesterday, got the 10% bonus and got lucky to run it up 4 times the deposit.
Have 2 minor issues with them and their service.
1) yesterday, the 2nd game of the DH with Houston and Cincy started late 7:20pm. Every major book still had it on the board from 7:10-7:20, but they took it off and wouldn't put it back on.
2) today, I had Cleveland and it was final at 7:47pm. It's still pending as of now. I called and talked to them on live chat and they acted like there was nothing they could do. I didn't realize that grading a game was that hard. Should be within 2-5 minutes and it is at every major book.
Also put in a neteller withdrawal request, we'll see how that goes. Hopefully it'll be smooth as it should be.
Disappointed in those 2 things, especially tonight.
