I have waited to post any of my picks until I could get a feel for the current season. Since most teams have played 5 or 6 games the teams have sort of separated themselves out.



WVU -7.5
I think UCONN is simply outclassed here and WVU pulls away late. The crowd will probably be crazy to start the game.

Miami -9.5
I don't think Louisville will be able to score on Miami. I see a 31-3 type score.

Ohio State -2.5

Auburn -13.5
I don't like laying this many points, but Arkansas is hurting, lots of injuries and they are a BAD road team. But I think Auburn romps... 42-17

Forida St. -3

LA Tech -10

Toledo -13.5

Arkansas St. +13
Homecomming weekend and the Indians get up for big games. The trip to Jonesboro is horrid for visiting teams, they must fly into Memphis and bus to Jonesboro on the day of the game. ASU will probably lose but will keep it close and may lead at the half, but they cannot finish.


Those are a my 8 plays for this week and I know I am on a lot of Favorites but I think that the 7 faves I have this week all outclass the other teams.

I know I hate to go with favorites but this just looks like a week where "suprising" and "up and comming" teams are running into teams that are just flat out more talented. Louisville for example has yet to play a good team and the now they are a sexy BCS buster team, but now this week they face a Defense that is one of the best I have EVER seen in college, they have allowed exactly 1 touchdown all year so I hostly think to cove Miami needs to only be able to score 14 points.

I feel the same way about Virginia playing at FSU, this is their 1st road game against a legit team and it is in prime time and on national tv, I wouldn't be surprised if this is over at the half.

As for La Tech, OSU and Toledo they are playing BAD teams

I posted the 2 Arkansas team games because I think I have a really good feel for the 2 teams. Arkansas is in a prime spot to get blown out, I've seen the past records of Tuberville vs. Arkansas, but this Arkansas team cannot stop the run and that is a id problem, not to mention their secondary is VERY young and inexpeirenced. This game could get very ugly when Auburn goes to the play action.
