sunday: 2-3 (-3.20 units)
overall: 94-69 (+53 units)
total's: 14-15
---------------------------------------------
this is the game i've been waiting for, this team is in a perfect situation.
green bay some might be thinking of look-ahead after playing detroit on thanksgiving and now have the big one vs. the bears next week.but wait a minute, jacksonville is coming off 5 straight divisional games, and are alson coming into this game pretty banged up.
green bay is 4-2 vs. spread on mnf, while jacksonville is 1-3 last 4on mnf!
plus let's also remember the fact that green bay did not play well on thanksgiving in final quarter and had 11 day's to prepare for this match-up.they won't be looking ahead

I wish the 1/2 point was not there. However I agree. First time this year I said that. Play GB. Im not a homer. I watch or some times take points with GB. All reasons you mention above. Plus Bears win and now GB wants to win even more. I believe game has a very good chance of going over to.

I don't think the Bears winning has any effect on the Pack tonight. Tennessee beat Florida and Texas had more motivation for winning and blew it. They interviewed Mack Brown before the game and he said we're going to the ROSE BOWL. He thought all they ahve to do is show up?

Ah but see Close call for GB vs Det has got there attention. From GB paper we can not continue to play with our head in the wrong place. We must practice and play like there is no tomorrow. That was GB players not there coaches saying that. College to Pro. Well don't work out to offten. However Simms needs a little work. That and right now Colorado and Tenn may be playing best ball. Jacks is hurting some. The only reason they show up for first three grts is it's Monday night. They fade in the 4th. Hey been wrong before just my thoughts.

You have another think coming!

There is little chance the Packers can win the division if they lose this game. If the bears lost yesterday, the Packers could have a little breathing room. As it stands, the Packers need this win to get in a position to be tied with the bears if they beat them next week!

There are no "meaninless" or "losable" games in the NFL.

I expect the Packers coaching staff will allow Brett to throw touchdowns tonight, instead of settling for "field goal position".

This will serve two purposes:

Kick Jacksonville so hard, that they can't get back up, and let the bears know what lies in store.

when i was down in reno last week, i already had this game circled, and the outcome of my play tonite had alot to do w/ last week's baltimore/jacksonville game.
well that was the main game i watched and after baltimores last minute heroics i feel it popped jacksonville's balloon for the season.
a jacksonville win last week, and they were still very much in the play-off hunt, but if you seen the reaction on there faces, players and coaches it took alot out of them losing last week to baltimore, in the last minute
