Now finding themselves close to that bubble after a dissapointing start to the Big 10 season I look for Illinois to take out some of their frustrations at Michigan tonight. Illinois is an extemely talented team with great coaching and their back is against the walls. I look for them to turn it on big for the rest of the season.

Not to be a dick, but if they really were extremely talanted and had great coaching then their backs wouldn't be against the wall. Be careful here, check the numbers on big ten home dogs!!!

This play is just a strong gut feeling. I think Illinois will exploit a suspect Michigan defense in a game they absolutley can not lose. I have only played against Illinois the two games I played with them involved.

Illinois' back has been against the wall the last 3 games, and they've only managed to stay within double digits once, I think it's safe to say they're through the wall now. Michigan's not very good but there's no way Illini should be a 7-8 point road favorite against ANYONE in the Big Ten. Don't forget that Krupalija just went down again (not that he's been very productive since December). The only "road" game they've won this year was at the UC in front of a very pro-Illinois crowd. By all means Illinois is a much more talented team, but you have to crawl before you can walk and IF the Illini do pull out there first true road win of the year, it'll be a 4-5 point squeaker. Being an Illinois-alum, I'll try to buy myself a win tonight by betting on Michigan and at least I'll have something to celebrate.
