I just joined this book after 5dimes shut down. Had a few problems so far-
1. Placed 6 straight bets on the same submittal, got confirmation of the total and payout, and later 3 of them disappeared. Hadn?t written down the ticket numbers separately as I?d never done that before anywhere in 20 yrs at intertops, betdsi, and 5dimes. After a lot of back and forth, I was credited with a $50 3time rollover for The $60 I would have won on the mysterious missing bets.

2. Bet a parlay with open spots only to find out that you must call in when you are ready to fill your open spots; wanted to use the Dodgers last night for one of the spots and called 40 minutes before game time, was on hold the entire time, never got through before game time. Kind of frustrating.

Any suggestions or advice or similar issues? I?m kind of ready to bag these guys, not sure who might offer a smoother and cleaner service though.

On a separate note, I also emailed MadJack admin in search of instructions on how to send a pm to another member but did not get any response. Anyone have a tip for that task as well?

If you have a problem with a Madjack Sponsor, sometimes Jack can help you out.

And for what it is worth, I have never had any issue with MyBookie. Although I will say your "open spot" parlay that you had to call them for sounds silly. Why could you not use their website for that? Yep, that's odd.

Oh and having a wager "vanish" is troubling, I could see why you'd be concerned.

As for sending personal messages to fellow Madjack members, I am 99 percent sure that is not an option.

Is Rule #28 a real thing? Feels like this should be up front before anyone joins. Basically if you prefer to bet halves or do live bets, you're shit out of luck.

28. MyBookie requires equal dollar amounts of action between full games and derived events. Derived events include but are not limited to: live betting, quarter betting, team props, player props and minor league sports determined at the bookmaker?s discretion.

There are many horror stories over at SBR, like this for example.

If you play there and have any problems just let me know, I can usually help.

This is why I love Madjacksports. Thanks!

I've been doing mostly half bets and live bets, but I'm gonna try to get it close to 50/50. I started an Excel spreadsheet. It's just annoying that it's come to this ... but I just don't want any issues if/when I make a payout.

You're definitely going to want to get some 'full game' major market bets going on too.

I do have good connections there so I should be able to help.

A lot of those stories you read on SBR are the players' side of things and there are a lot of scammer players over there. Not saying there aren't problems with some books but the books are getting scammed all the time.
