I never heard such B S. You bet 42 other drivers just stayed out of Jr way so he could win. They forgot to say in first Dayton race this year. Waltrip and Jr ran 1/2. So this race it was just reversed Jr & Waltrip. Im sure compeitors like R. Wallace, Marlin, Skinner, Labonte, Jarrett, Martin, Stewart, said make sure Jr wins. Complete Bull Chit. Sounds like one driver woke up with a hard on and decided it was fixed. They should fine his ass big time.

Agree. While I wholeheartedly believe there is game fixing in football, baseball, and to the greatest extent, basketball, NASCAR is not fixed. Now, I have seen local 3/8th of a mile tracks where there was team driving and blocking and wrecking guys on purpose, but at that leve, no way. I guess M. Waltrip could have rattled his cage a bit on the last few laps and tried to beat him, but he raced him clean and Jr. won the race. He had the superior car, and he drove a great race. Not a fix.

THe B.S. starts with the news media.If you did like him or not enough is enough,with the #3 car.I know you have only one dad,but his kid is trying to let go of his misfortions 5 months ago.Last year when Adam Petty and Kenny Irwin died last year the media only talked about them for a couple of weeks.The #8 car was clearly the best car out there tonight.Just look at the laps he led.You think the other 42 cars pulled over so he could pass them at will? Not with kind of money being offered.
