Who is gonna play Funeka now ?

WOW, this shocks me....after all his criticism of Guzman....unbelievable....

WBO/IBF lightweight champion Nate Campbell has weighed in at 138 lbs. for Saturday?s bout against Ali Funeka. Campbell has two hours to lose 3 lbs. Funeka weighed 133.5.
???-
WBC interim super welterweight champion Sergio Martinez weighed 153.25 while Kermit Cintron weighed 154.25. Cintron went back on the scales 15 minutes later and weighed exactly 154.
???-
Alfred Angulo 153.5 and Cosme Rivera 151.5 both made weight for their bout.

:scared

oh shit. Maybe Campbell's poverty has forced him to take multiple jobs like he used to, and his training has suffered. The only time he could focus full time on training was vs Diaz, and we know the result.

I like my under 11.5 play, but am buying back Campbell straight of possible.

Also, I don't like Funeka coming underweight. 6'1 is MASSIVE for a lightweight, he needs all the pounds he can get, its possible he overtrained.

Campbell loses title at scale

He was given two hours to lose 3 lbs., but arrived back at the scale slightly after the two hours had expired. Campbell weighed 137.5 upon his return, and thus loses both titles. The bout will still take place, and if Funeka wins, he will claim the vacant title. Funeka weighed in 133.5 on the first try. Ironically, Campbell?s previous fight with Joan Guzman was cancelled when Guzman didn?t make weight.

God, Campbell's such a dope. He should have said something earlier...I doubt his camp actually thought he was on track to make weight if he was that much over

"the bunker"
"After tonight, Campbell will compete in the junior welterweight division. ?We knew this was coming but just not right now,? said Terry Trekas, the long time advisor and co-promoter of Campbell. ?We were hoping to fight the winner of (Marco Antonio) Barrera-(Amir) Kahn or the (Juan Manuel) Marquez-(Juan) Diaz but now we are looking at 140 pound.? Trekas explained. ****?Nate would rather go out on his shield but he is ready for tonight and he is ready to move up!?****** Campbell - the former IBF, WBA and WBO champion - is looking forward to the junior welterweight division. ?I am ready to move up. I will win my titles back at 140!?.........

/for people that didn`t desert the "good ship galaxy warrior" after hearing about the weight, there`s enough "who cares about tonight" in this one paragraph to make a guy scramble back to his favorite on-line gambling site and start buying back furiously....

how the hell do you handicap this mess?...
