D Rays +310 2 stars

D Rays are a small play, but at this value who could resist. Rsox are 7-6 in Pedro's starts this year. If you would have played against him every time, you would be a rich man. Not to mention he is hurt, isnt he? This is a small play but if we could get into the sox bully, I believe the drays will get their first victory over the sox this year.
